A 30-year-old man was stabbed in Vlora, the 32-year-old and his accomplice were arrested

Two people have been arrested for injuring a 30-year-old man in Vlora.

The investigative actions revealed that the perpetrator and the injured person had had a conflict over weak motives, which they had not reported.

Due to its escalation, on the evening of 10.11.2025, citizen EL had a physical conflict with citizens AL and BS, using cutting tools, during which he stabbed citizen BS, 30 years old, in the chest and neck.

This citizen is at the Vlora Regional Hospital, under the care of doctors, out of danger to his life.

The Serious Crimes Investigation Sector, in cooperation with the services of the Vlora Police Commissariat, immediately after the event that occurred on 10.11.2025, in the "24 Maji" neighborhood, organized the work to identify and capture the perpetrator and other persons involved in the conflict.

As a result, thanks to rapid investigative actions, it became possible to capture and arrest in flagrante delicto the following citizens:
* EL, 32 years old, resident of the "24 Maji" neighborhood, Vlora, for the criminal offenses of "Intentional serious injury", "Unlicensed production, possession, purchase or sale of cold weapons" and "Unlicensed production and possession of hunting and sporting weapons".

* AL, 23 years old, resident of the "24 Maji" neighborhood, Vlora, for the criminal offenses "Unlicensed production, possession, purchase or sale of cold weapons" and "Failure to report a crime".

The investigative actions resulted in the fact that earlier, these two citizens had had a conflict for weak motives, which they had not reported. Due to its escalation, on the evening of 10.11.2025, citizen EL had a physical conflict and used cutting tools with citizens AL and BS, during which he stabbed citizen BS, 30 years old, in the chest and neck. This citizen is in the Vlora Regional Hospital, under the care of doctors, out of danger to his life.

Following the actions, the Police services conducted searches in the homes of the two arrested citizens.

An unlicensed shotgun was found and seized in the apartment of citizen EL, as well as a cutting tool (knife), suspected of being used in this incident.

Meanwhile, in the vehicle of citizen AL, with which the latter transported citizen B. S. to the hospital, a knife was found and seized.

The procedural materials were transferred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Vlora, for further action.
