Journalist Elton Qyno has revealed new details from the serious murder that occurred this afternoon in the Rinas airport area in Tirana, where Emiljano Shullazi's right-hand man, Gilmando Dani, was executed with a gun and his friend, Mustafa Sheqeri (Muçi), was seriously injured.

The footage of the two bodies in the car shocked the country, while the investigative situation to this day is lukewarm in terms of identifying and locating the perpetrators of the serious crime.

Investigators in the case have proven that Gilmando Dani and Mustafa Sheqeri traveled together by plane from Rinas Airport to Barcelona on November 7, 2025.

Tirana's criminal police have discovered the travel agency where the plane tickets for Gilmando Dani and Mustafa Sheqeri were purchased.

It is this travel agency that is suspected of having leaked information to members of criminal groups about the round-trip trip, who were then mobilized to carry out the murder today.

Gilmando Dani and Mustafa Sheqeri stayed in Spain for three days and on the fourth day, the two of them traveled together towards Rinas in Albania.

As soon as they landed at the airport terminal, checked their passports, and then retrieved their luggage, Muçi and Gilmando headed to the airport parking lot, where they had left the white Mercedes-Benz car owned by Ervis Kosova.

As they took the car, Mustafa Sheqeri got behind the wheel and Gilmando Dani was in the front passenger seat. As soon as they exited the Rinas roundabout, they were attacked with automatic weapons from a short distance.

Witnesses told police they heard two bursts of automatic fire. The Toyota with Greek license plates was positioned on the road parallel to the car in which Gilmando Dani and Mustafa Sheqeri were standing, who were hit from a distance of almost half a meter.

Gilmando Dani died on the spot. While Mustafa Sheqeri still shows signs of life and is currently in the Trauma Hospital for treatment.

A senior police official told journalist Elton Qyno that the two victims of this attack were not armed and at the time of the attack were unable to react in any way to retaliate.

According to the official, the mafia assassination carried out at noon today is almost identical to the dynamics of the assassination on November 13, 2021, carried out in the "Astir" area of ??Tirana, where Erigers Mihasi and Armand Dumani were killed.

In both attacks, the perpetrators used a Toyota vehicle and the perpetrator who opened fire was positioned inside the car. In today's armed attack on Dani, it is believed that two automatic weapons were used.
