Counting has ended in Libohova, where socialist Leonard Hide was able to win with a narrow margin of votes.

Hide was able to secure 1,380 votes against Adil Xhelil from "Bashke Fitomje", who was able to secure 1,248 votes, i.e. 132 votes less.

There are 62 invalid votes.
