I tell you that yesterday and the day before yesterday, Pjerin Ndreu's gangs have terrorized area after area around Lezha and they have done this act, we have filmed them, accompanied by the police, who were passing by and were not even told, on the contrary they created impression on the residents that he was providing security for bandits.

So, this was the situation in Lezha that culminated with the attempt to physically eliminate Salvatore and his son, who is an American citizen and came to vote with his family.

This failed assassination attempt against Salvator Kaçi is the mastermind of Edi Rama and Pjerin Ndreu. Edi Rama, as you know, personally dealt with Salvatori in his speech in Lezha, at a time when Salvatori, in addition to supporting the candidate Pashk Gjoni, has followed electoral rules and laws all his life and has not committed any illegal actions.

But the support for Pashk Gjoni from Salvatori has threatened the election of bandit Pjerin Ndreu and together with Rama they have created a way to eliminate him together with the boy in the car. This act is an ugly crime, personally by Edi Rama and Pjerin Ndreu, with which they aimed at any cost and at any cost to change the result in Lezha through such an act and of course physically eliminate an opponent announced by Edi Rama as dangerous man for his result in Lezha. I condemn this act in the strongest possible terms. Of course, this is the ultimate act of terror against DP leaders, but other cases with strong and wild threats exist and we will make them public.

I emphasize that all these acts of gang violence have been carried out with complete indifference or support from the police.
