Details from the investigative file on Inez Hajrulla 's criminal group that was busted in March have been revealed for the first time  .

And Gentian Qarri was targeted. In February 2021, after discovering some of the members of the rival group, they are interested in finding the base, so that, as the much-wanted Hajrulla says, " They can take you to the state ," which means informing the police authorities.

The investigative file also sheds light on the tracking of opponents through GPS devices installed in cars to track their movements and carry out executions, writes the Albanian .

The information coming from the rival group did not come to Inez Hajrulla by chance, but it is suspected that she had a contact who informed her about everything, even about the plan to get rid of her and her collaborator, Ervis Matodashaj .

SPAK says that the latter two, Hajrulla and Matodashaj, communicated with the group that killed Gentian Qarri on their orders via radio.

The facts were identified after the execution, with the couple in question interested in every detail during conversations on SKY ECC.

Conversation between Ervis Matodashaj and Inez Hajrujlla:

18 gëzhoja u gjetën në vendin ku u vra Gentian Qarri. Makina që përdorën autorët dhe që e dogjën ishte një “Toyota Auris” e vjedhur në Greqi.

SPAK identifikoi vetëm Ervis Matodashajn dhe Inez Hajrullën si porositës, financues dhe koordinues të veprimeve më datë 06.02.2021, ku është qëlluar me armë zjarri ndaj shtetasit Gentjan Qarri. Ekzekutorët ende nuk dihet se kush janë.

Hetimet për këtë grup kriminal i dhanë përgjigje edhe disa pretendimeve në media, se si drejtuesi policor Rezart Kuçi, shfaqte jetën luksoze në rrjetet sociale. Faktet flasin se ishte vënë në shërbim të grupit të Vlorës, ku jepte informacione që u nevojiteshin.

Në një episod, ai shfaqet duke biseduar me Flodian Plakun, 5 vite para se të arrestohej në gusht të 2025, në Orikum, si pjesëmarrës në ekzekutimin e Gentian Bejtjas në Fush-Krujë.

Plaku kërkon informacione nga Kuçi për prezencë policie në banesën e tij në Vlorë, dhe pasi interesohet, kuptohet që është për një çështje të autoriteteve italiane, që i kishin dhënë lirinë po atë ditë, por që shihet shqetësimi i palëve mos është zbuluar diçka tjetër.

Kuçi i thotë se është bërë me zell nga prokurori shqiptar, teksa e këshillon të qëndrojë disa ditë brenda banesës. Plaku nuk kursen batutat.

Për këtë rast, punonjësi i policisë i ngarkuar me detyrimin ligjor për ruajtje të sekretit hetimor, zbatimin e ligjit, në kundërshtim të hapur me ligjin, ka nxjerr informacion konfidencial operacional, duke rrezikuar dështimin e operacionit, si dhe ka dëmtuar rëndë interesat e shtetit, rendin juridik dhe besimin e publikut tek organet e rendit.

Në një episod tjetër, Rezart Kuçi, rezulton se ka shkuar me shërbim për kërkimin e një personi dhe në banesën ku ka shkuar ka gjetur një aparat celular.

According to the applicant, he has a 40 thousand euro debt for drug issues and lives in Ancona.

After a few hours, Rezart Kuçi sends the information requested by the interlocutor, accompanied by personal photographs.

For additional details about the location and profile of the people he is looking for, the police officer arranges a meeting in Tirana, but the other party does not go, but sends his interested friend. Kuçi also talks to him about how much money he should ask for.
