Four Albanians have fallen into the hands of the British police today. " Wales Online " reports that Ledian Xhafa (35 years old), Renato Shyti (23 years old), Lorenc Çobo (37 years old) and Elton Musta (29 years old) are accused of production and trafficking of narcotics worth over 14 thousand pounds as well as forgery passports.
Those arrested were using a house in the Neath area where they grew cannabis plants and then distributed them. Officers also found a number of mobile phones, and although the text messages on them were in Albanian, the photographs, selfies and videos found will be under investigation. One of the phones also contained images of invoices and costs for the purchase of equipment related to growing cannabis which ran into several thousand pounds, however it is not known what happened to those items.
When the police knocked on their door, they tried to escape from the house. As officers were entering through the front door, a man was seen exiting the rear first floor window and then running into the garden area. Ledian Xhafa was caught a few minutes later at the end of the road.
The prosecutor said police seized large bags of cannabis worth £14,250, £530 in cash, five mobile phones and a number of passports in the names of Albanian nationals from the house.
According to the British media, Musta and Xhafa ran the criminal business, while it is expected that the court will give the decision for the young Albanians who entered the UK illegally.
