After the iron fence, the residents of Rrjoll have also managed to remove the barbed wire fence, which was used to surround their properties for the construction of a luxury resort, owned by businessman Bashkim Ulaj .

As can be seen from the footage, the citizens have managed to knock the fence down from almost all sides and push it into the construction site, where construction has begun.

Earlier, citizens also managed to tear down the iron fence despite police attempts to stop them.


We recall that for nearly a year, residents of the area have been raising accusations that a former Shkodra Cadastre official has changed the ownership documentation, alienating the certificates and then transferring the land to the investor who is developing a resort project on the Velipoja coastline.

They say they are demanding their rights, while joining the chorus of protests in Tirana, they chanted " Rama in prison, Berisha in prison ", or " Edi Rama resign ".
