The Administrative Court has returned for additions the lawsuit of the Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, against the institution of the President of the Republic and the special prosecutor, Ols Dado.

According to sources close to the court, the lawsuit was returned because it lists Erion Veliaj and the Municipality of Tirana as plaintiffs, but the latter has no stamp or protocol number. The court has returned the lawsuit for completion to legitimize the parties in the process.

In the Administrative Court, Veliaj requests the invalidation of the decree appointing the prosecutor, Ols Dado, one of the prosecutors in his file at SPAK.

According to him, the appointment in 2008 was made in flagrant violation of the law.

Veliaj claims that Dado was appointed prosecutor without completing the Magistrate's School and that he moved from notary status directly to prosecutor status, without fulfilling the legal requirements. /a2cnn
