Kristjan Kokaj says that since they could not meet their father at the faculty, they left in the direction of "Dobraç", where they drank coffee at Bajri's house.

These images show the closeness and friendship that the son of the Dean of the Faculty of Law has with Behar Bajri , who apparently sought to penetrate the Faculty of Law of Shkodra, by personally meeting Gasper Kokaj .

Currently, Gasper Kokaj is a defendant in another case in Shkodra's prosecutor's office, for the charge of passive corruption together with two other lecturers, for passing the exams of two female students against the amount of 500 thousand old lek.

While his son, Kristjan Kokaj, was sentenced a few months ago for a fatal accident committed against Martin Pjetri.

The decision to sentence Kokaj was taken by judge Tonin Stërkaj, who declared him guilty and sentenced him to 3 years in prison for the charge of "Violation of traffic rules" resulting in death and "Leaving the scene of the accident".

But this prison sentence has been suspended, transferring the sentence to probation, provided that Kristjan Kokaj does not commit any criminal offense.

Kristjan Kokaj declares that in the photos where he is sitting in the back seat of a car with a cup of coffee in his hand, he was in Behar Brajovi?'s car, among other things, he declares:

Asked by the officer how it happened in Behar Brajovic's car, Kristjan Kokaj stated that:

“…I don't remember the exact date when this happened, but it must have been a few years. I can explain to you about the day when the photo was taken, since I have not come across a passenger in Behar Brajovic's car except for this case. On the day the photo was taken, I was drinking coffee in my neighborhood, near the apartment. Behari passed by and called me from the car "... nephew, come one more time...". I met Behar and he said to me: "...let's go for a ride...". I got the coffee I ordered and sat in the back seat and we drove around town. While we were traveling, Behari told me that he wanted to meet my father, Gasper Kokaj, who is the Dean of the Faculty of Law in Shkodër, and therefore asked me to call my father to communicate with Behar Brajovic..."
