Sister and brother died in an accident, 4 years in prison for the Albanian "tik tok" in Croatia

Klevisa Ymeri, a 29-year-old Albanian, was sentenced to 4 years in prison in Croatia for a fatal accident. The accident happened in April in Ratac, where two young people, Stjepan and Katarina Derek, brother and sister, lost their lives.

Klevisa Ymeri was driving a "Mercedes Benz" and made a wrong pass, causing a "head-on" collision with the victim's car. Stjepan, 21, and his sister, Katarina, 19, died at the scene.

Witness Jonuz Alija, a passenger in Ymer's car, said that the accident happened very quickly. Ymeri testified that he tried to stop, but failed to avoid the collision. The prosecution accused her of full responsibility, while her lawyer argued that she lost control of the vehicle.

The court decided to sentence him to 4 years in prison.
