"I didn't write the letter", Judge Kelliçi speaks for Top

Judge Arnisa Kelliçi denounced two weeks ago that she had been threatened with her life, but according to the Prosecution, it was staged by herself. The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana announced yesterday that from the intensive investigations it has conducted, it has been concluded that the letter on which the names of her two children were written was sent by the judge herself.

Under these conditions, the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has charged judge Arnisa Këlliçi for the criminal offense of false reporting.

Regarding this case, the magistrate spoke today with the show "Breaking" by Fiori Dardha on Top News, she said that she will ask for a re-inspection and that the prosecution is trying to defend the prosecutor Adriano Dyrmishi.  

"Around January 15, I contacted the chancellor of the court, who informed me that in the late hours of midnight, he was called by prosecutor Adriano Durimishi and received several threatening messages such as "I will kill you and judge Arnisa Këllici you will not see the light of the sun". There were 6 calls to the chancellor.

Fiori Dardha: What was the reason?

As he informed me, he was not aware why the threats were made, on January 15 he told me, on that date I tried to get an explanation from the prosecutor of the case. And I told him that such a situation has been created that is inexplicable and I asked him to come to the office to clarify otherwise I will post a report. After I gave him an ultimatum, he came and made a repeated apology in the presence of his friend, former judge Artan Gjermeni, where he said that he was in a drunken state. I thought that there were embarrassments that did not belong to me and that he was emotionally charged. Several days have passed and I have asked him to apologize to the chancellor. Apparently, he did not do it, and on January 16, according to the court protocol, a letter was placed in my office, on the date that the prosecutor entered the office. I saw the letter after 4 days, I opened the envelope in the presence of the secretary and found a letter with a writing in which I was threatened with my life and the lives of my children.

Fiori Dardha: According to the prosecution, the letter was written by you

I absolutely do not accept it, the first conversation I had with the prosecutor was that I will testify about a threat regarding a prosecutor who is exercising his duty. You are not competent to investigate this case. The first time I mentioned prosecutor Adriano Dyrmishi, I received messages from various people.

Fiori Dardha: How did the scientific expertise that makes you the author of the letter come about?

I have not been given writing samples, my writing is significantly different from the writing on paper. They didn't get writing samples, the incompetent prosecution running to help their colleague said they got other writings of mine. When I say that a prosecutor threatened me, I was transformed by an incompetent attorney and an unknown expert who came to the conclusion that the letter was written by me.

Yes absolutely, because there are many causes of invalidity

Fiori Dardha: Why did he threaten you?

I see both threats in sync with each other. I may be wrong, but the coincidence in time on the day the prosecutor apologized for the threat, the reasons may vary, the prosecutor may have been drunk, may have had a professional grudge, but may also have been pushed by friends of themselves, mostly former judges who left with resignation, who may have thought that they were embarrassed that this judicial body does not know.
