Citizens who oppose the construction project in the Zvërnec protected area have warned of continued protests in the coming days.

From the "Martyrs of the Nation" Boulevard, participants conveyed the message "More tomorrow", announcing a new rally on Tuesday at 6:00 PM in front of the Prime Minister's Office.

The organizers declared that the civic reaction will continue in the coming days, while calling on citizens to join the protests against the constructions that, according to them, endanger one of the most important natural areas of the country.

During today's protest, citizens first gathered in front of the Ministry of Interior and then marched towards the Prime Minister's Office, holding banners with messages such as "Albania is not for sale" and strong political slogans.

During the protest, citizens, activists, and civil society representatives expressed their opposition to the interventions in Zvërnec and appealed for the cancellation of the planned project.
