A 36-year-old man who is suspected of sexually abusing his 12-year-old minor daughter appeared in the Fier Court today.

Before the jury, the father of 7 children said that he had sex with his daughter only once in the car while they were returning from Tirana.

A day earlier, during questioning, the minor testified that her father had forcibly performed sexual intercourse on her, systematically, since the age of 5, mentioning an episode in Germany where they had emigrated a year ago.

Meanwhile, the minor's mother, while demanding the maximum sentence for her husband, says that she had no prior knowledge and learned everything after her daughter's denunciation.
