Interior Minister Taulant Balla declares that there will be no tolerance for boat users who do not strictly follow the water safety perimeters and the rules for using these boats.
Through a post on the Facebook social network, Balla emphasizes that the Border Police and the Marine Police Unit are in charge of monitoring the beaches and calls on citizens to report any case of irregular use of watercraft.
"The Border Police and the Maritime Police Unit are in charge of monitoring the beaches where many local and foreign citizens are resting. I want to remind the users of watercraft to strictly respect the water safety perimeters for beachgoers, to follow the rules for the use of watercraft and to respect the designated areas for navigation with these tools. There will be zero tolerance under any circumstances and for anyone.
I invite citizens to report any violation of the security perimeter and irregular use of watercraft to the toll-free number 112, guaranteeing a quick response, with the force of the law," writes Balla.
