The organizational secretary of the Freedom Party, Artemis Peca, who was driving the vehicle in which the chairman of this party, Ilir Meta, was traveling at the time of the arrest, once again described the moment in "Top Story".

He says that in the first moments he thought that ex-president Meta was being robbed, or that he was being assassinated.

"I still haven't gotten over experiencing that crime scheme. We had been traveling for two hours. It was like a normal ordinary day, a press conference had announced. It was very quiet. When the car cut our way and when they came out with masks and guns, I thought it was a robbery, a hostage taking, or an assassination that could eliminate us altogether. They opened both doors for us simultaneously. They directly said you will come with us, where will you come, who are you.

They started insulting, pull me, pull the president. They had no writing, they were anti-human. The car was a gray Benz C class, I could not identify the license plate. The car behind was a police car. They terrorized us completely, an organized gang. At first there was nothing on the uniform, I thought it was a robbery. He said, among other things, that after Ilir Meta was arrested, he was also handcuffed and remained handcuffed for about 4 hours. At one point, he said, he even asked the police to remove his handcuffs, but they couldn't find the keys, according to him.

Peca claimed that the police officers used violence against him by slamming him into the back door of the car where he was traveling with Ilir Meta.

"I have been the organizational secretary of PL for a month, I have been in LSI since 2008. We drive together only at certain times. They took me and forced me out of the car, they hit me at the second door from the back. I told him what are you doing, they said don't talk put the handcuffs on. I took out my phone, they took it from my hand.

We asked who you are, they told me who you are. I told him I am the organizational secretary, they took us out inhumanely. They handcuffed me and put me in the car, the president was escorted to the other car. Ilir Meta was telling them who you are, explain to us.
