The application procedure for vacant positions in the High Council of Prosecution ends.

At the end of the legal term for the expression of interest for candidates in the High Council of Prosecution, the prosecutors from the First Degree Prosecutions of the General Jurisdiction and the Prosecution at the Court of Appeal expressed interest and submitted the required documentation as follows:

- Moisi Duda, prosecutor of the Prosecution at the Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction;
-Afërdita Ndoi, prosecutor of the Prosecution at the Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction;
-Edina Kurti, prosecutor in the First Instance Prosecutor's Office of the General Jurisdiction of Durrës;
- Edlira Bako, prosecutor, Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Elbasan;
-Elsa Miha, prosecutor, Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana;
- Olgert Eminaj, prosecutor in the Prosecutor's Office near the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Korça; 

-Vatë Staka, Prosecutor in the Prosecutor's Office near the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Shkodër.

For the 3 (three) vacant positions in the KLP, in 2 (two) of them, first-degree prosecutors can be elected, and in 1 (one) position, prosecutors of the prosecution at the Court of Appeal of the General Jurisdiction can be elected.
