New details have come to light regarding the death threat made to Fier judge Vladimir Cjapi by Arben Isufaj , otherwise known as "Ben Qimja".

Judge Vladimir Cjapi is very well acquainted with members of the Isufaj family and Arben Isufaj himself, as he served as a lawyer in the city of Fier before becoming a judge.

As part of his work as a lawyer, he has defended members of the Isufaj family in various criminal and civil proceedings. 

Because of this acquaintance, Arben Isufaj asked for help so that his family's former lawyer, who is now a judge in Fier, could assist him with the work of the court in Fier.

The Fier judge responded negatively to Arben Isufaj's requests, leading to the beginning of a verbal clash with Arben Isufaj's people.

The latter then threatened the judge with his life, saying "... Remember what we are going to do... ".

Just a day ago, the police conducted several searches at Ben Qime's apartment in Fier, where weapons, car license plates, and multifunctional vests were found and seized.

Meanwhile, for Judge Cjapi, the Council for the Protection of Magistrates decided to offer the judge special protection for a period of 6 months.

Ben Qimja is a well-known name in Albanian justice.

Known as an important exponent of the criminal world, he has been convicted several times for illegal possession of weapons, involvement in murder, and drug trafficking.

Ben Qimja was also placed under asset investigation by the Special Prosecution Office in 2021, where 13 assets owned by him were seized at that time.

In addition to Qime, his family members have also appeared before the courts after being accused of being implicated in various criminal events.
