Massacre in Dobraç, Minister Hoxha: The names of the persons implicated

Interior Minister Ervin Hoxha declared this Friday from Korça that the State Police has managed to solve the Dobraç massacre in Shkodra, where four people lost their lives during an assassination attempt, including two innocent people.

Hoxha said that the State Police is expected to issue a statement to the media soon, providing details of the incident and the persons responsible.

"The police will soon issue a press statement," Minister Hoxha said in his speech.

The minister said that the names implicated in the Dobraç incident will be published in the statement that the police will issue.

"We have had cases and criminal events resulting in death. The police, in cooperation with the SPAK prosecutor's office, are investigating these events."

Yesterday, in Shkodra, checks, detentions and escorts of persons implicated in serious criminal events were carried out.

"We should expect statements very soon regarding the names, including the names implicated in the Dobraç incident," the minister said.

The assassination took place in the Dobraç area, on the Shkodër-Koplik road, on October 30, where unidentified persons opened fire on a vehicle with Croatian license plates.

Hamza Lici, brother of Ibrahim Lici, was executed on the spot, while Arlind Bushati, son of former DP mayoral candidate Xhemal Bushati, died a few hours later in a Shkodra hospital. Passerby Flutura Basha, who was riding a motorbike with her husband, Bashkim Basha, was also killed in the attack. Her husband died 3 days later in hospital.
