Arben Spahiu and Arsen Preçi have been released while the GJKKO has accepted SPAK's request to discontinue the investigations against them.

Spahiu and Preçi were arrested in February 2023 in the city of Elbasan, after police suspected that they were going to commit a contract killing.

At that time, cleaning workers found a firearm in the "Emin Matraxhiu" neighborhood, while the prosecution discovered a stolen "BMW X6" car, inside which were found 3 automatic rifles, a pistol and two cans of gasoline.

Arben Spahiu and Arsen Preçi were arrested on suspicion of murdering Elton Kilë, otherwise known as Oti of Elbasan.
