During the press conference to prove the political persecution against him and DP leader Sali Berisha in the judicial process of the 'Partizani' file, Malltezi presented to journalists 5 violations that prove why the 'political' prosecutors are afraid and do not allow the session to take place with cameras in the courtroom.

He announced that there are at least 35 falsifications by prosecutors in the file that have been discovered by lawyers.
