"Mafia of prisons", the testimony of one of the guards is disclosed:

Klodian Lekocaj, 46 years old, a controversial character has returned to the center of attention in recent years due to being labeled by the Greek media as the Head of the so-called "Prison Mafia".

It is not known how much he really is like that, since he himself in his public appearances in the media considers himself "poor", "innocent", "used" while the facts, testimonies and interceptions available to the Greek police lead to towards the opinion that in reality Lekocaj had and still has an important role in the underground world of Albanian and Greek criminal groups.

A few days ago, the special forces of the EKAM police made another "visit" to his cell, with the aim of finding any evidence for the enigmatic murder of May 18 in Athens, where Kreshnik Cercizaj and Armando Ogranaja were executed. Lekocaj has no way of being an executor because he has been in prison for years, but often through wiretapping and testimony it has emerged that he has strangely connected the threads of criminal groups by making hired killers available to them or to himself.

Such was the case a few months ago, when on September 14, the Greek police accidentally arrested two Albanians, Viktor Çala, 39 years old, and Andi Beqiri, 23 years old. They were caught in Athens, as 2 Kalashnikovs and 1 knife were found hidden in their vehicle, while 1 pistol was found in the apartment.

The police investigation revealed that Çala was the author of the murder of a Greek and the attempted murder of an Albanian, both events that occurred in the month of July. For the murder of the Greek, he stated that it was ordered by Klodian Lekocaj, due to the breakdown of the drug deals. Thus, "Klodi", who is also known as "Luli" or "Ilia" in the Greek cartels, was recently charged with another charge after the previous charges of ordering the murders of the Greek lawyer Mixalis Zafiropoulos, of the prisoner Arber Bako. of prisoner Bardhyl Tusha, help in the escape of prisoners Leonard and Elvis Pepa, etc.

In fact, apart from orders, Claude also has precedents as a direct author. He was initially arrested in 1997 for theft. In 2003, he escaped from Volos Prison, while in 2005, in Agio Pantaleimona, he wounded an Albanian in the stomach with a firearm, and then in the same place in 2006, together with two Albanians, he stabbed a compatriot. In 2013, he was arrested for drug trafficking and theft and was sent to the prison of Corfu where, after receiving permission, he escaped in 2014 and after a few days, together with Arber Bakon, he participated in the robbery attempt, resulting in the wounding of an Egyptian, while on October 31, 2014, with Arbeb Bako, Olti Dulce and a Pole committed a murder in the area of Metaksurgio. Finally, Lekocaj was arrested in November 2014 in Sepolia, in the company of Dhimo Meci, a Gyrokastrite involved in several murders for hire in Greece and who was a wanted person at the time of his capture. Their arrest came after the incident in Mikrolimanos where Arber Bako injured several customers of a bar in the area with a Kalashnikov.

Is Lekocaj involved in the murder of Ari Papa?

The Greek media revealed yesterday that the police are investigating the possibility that the same person who executed Kreshnik Cercizaj and Armando Ogranaja also participated in the murder of Ari Papa in May 2021 in Sepolia and of Dikenc Halili in October 2021 in "Agio Pavlo".

And while not much is known about Halil's involvement in the dark world, the Pope was a former convict for drugs and robbery, involved in a bloody gang of murderers in 2007-2008, suspected of murder for hire and assassinations in Greece of Albania, while he died in the fourth assassination attempt against him.

His murder remains unsolved, but today the media published a testimony of a Greek guard in the trial against Lekocaj for other crimes committed against him. The guard confesses that Lekocaj had asked him to transfer a prisoner, the name of which the Greek media gives with initials, but which has been revealed to be Ari Papen, whom Klodi wanted to kill.

Lekocaj had told the guard that if he did not kill the Pope, they would kill his mother. It was the latter after the boy's death that he accused in the media that his murder was ordered by the prison. Does Lekocaj have a finger, or was his conversation with the guard in 2017, i.e. 4 years before the murder of the Pope, an isolated case? Was Lekocaj paid by others to get rid of Ari, for whom 4 assassinations were carried out?

Has Lekocaj found the hitman who executed the crime of May 2021? All this is unknown and has not yet been proven. According to the testimony of Antonis Aravantinou, the suspected mafia leader who blackmailed the prisoner Aristides Floros to extort money, blackmailed him himself as he believed he was protecting the businessman by keeping him in the prison Psychiatry.

He remembers that Lekocaj did the same thing to the prisoner A. P, whom the media say is Ari Papa. Below we present the testimony of warden Antonis Aravantinou on March 19, 2019:

"I remember a time in the middle of 2017, when it became more known in the prison community and in psychiatry that Lekocaj had some connection with Floro, which was the reason for Floro to stay in a psychiatric institution.

During that time, Lekocaj called me and, confirming the involvement, asked me for an explanation as to why Floro stays in the psychiatric hospital and I do not expel him, on the contrary, I protect him there, as a result he could not blackmail him and take his money. And according to him I should definitely do this. I said "hey, you started the same thing again?", "the same thing you were saying about A.P"?

I told him this because some time ago he called me again and told me to get this prisoner out of the psychiatric hospital, because there I learned to protect them and he couldn't kill him there. And if I don't get him out, he'll be forced to kill his mother, and it'll be my fault. Both times, it is true, our conversation ended with insults from both sides, with Lekocaj's constant refrain: "I say this for your sake".

On June 1, 2021, "Ta Nea" revealed that A. P, for whom Lekocaj threatened the warden that if he didn't get him out of psychiatry that he would kill him, otherwise he would be forced to kill his mother, was precisely Ari Papa./BW
