Every November this is the panorama of the river that runs through the city, which is polluted not only by the scum of hydrocarbon waste, but also of oil factories. This situation endangers not only the fauna in the waters, but also the health of the inhabitants.

According to information received by the Regional Environment Agency, this alarming situation will bring to the ground working groups for inspection.
