A 29-year-old man from Nikla of Fushë-Kruja, declared wanted for crimes against the person, unlicensed weapons and intrance for giving wealth, has been arrested (November 3rd) in The Urce.

Alexander Senaj (Ndoj) was preparing to leave illegally for Italy, while also being considered a person of high criminal risk, prosecuted inside and outside the country, while circulating with a pistol on his belt and with her bullet in the nest, ready for firing.

He also had two other criminal offences, including one with a security measure of "prison arrest". On October 15, he raped in cooperation with a friend, in the search, the owner of a fuel on "The Nation Road" in Mirdita, with the aim of paying, and in August he shot a gun at the car in which a Romanian citizen was travelling, fortunately without causing injury.

Police said he was trying to escape to Italy when he was located and stopped. He was also convicted in Italy on the robbery charge. The operation is codenamed "The End".

The police operation codenamed "THE END" is finalized to capture a person of high social risk. Alexander Senaj Alias A.N, 29, resides in The New Deity, Tlumana, Krujë, previously convicted in the Italian state of armed robbery. The man was preparing to leave for Italy illegally. During the operation, at the moment of capture, the services of the Special Operational Force found and seized in the quality of the material test, 1 (one) Bereta pistol, with bullets in the nest ready for firing but could not react as the intervention of the Police services was sudden and rapid.

This citizen was sought by the Police Commissioner Mirditë for the criminal offenses of "Coercion by means of intrusion for giving property", "Deliberately light wounding" committed in cooperation and "Production and illegal carrying of weapons and ammunition", in connection with the event that took place on 15.10.2024. 29 years old in cooperation with the citizen K.B. alias K.M., (who is currently in Italy and is declared in search) in the premises of a private subject (fuel), on the way of the Kombit in Mirdita, have struck with hard objects and cannons with firearms for giving property to the owner of this subject to the citizen A.J.

Also to the citizen Aleksandër Senaj, alias A.N, in September 2024, the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Tirana, has assigned the security measure "Arrest in Prison", in absentia, for the criminal offenses of "Premeditated Murder" remained in attempt and "Manufacture and illegal possession of firearms and combat ammunition", After: On 11.08.2024, in the country called The New Deagjin, Krujë, where this citizen shot a firearm at a vehicle in which a Romanian citizen was travelling. The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecution Office at the Court of first instance of the General Jurisdiction of Lezha for further actions.
