Almost in the same situation, SPAK is also in the case of the case concerning the murder of Besmir and Viktor Haxhiaj, Dorian Shkoza and Angjelo Avdisa.

Klevis Alla, initially in three testimonies, accuses Talo Çela and Altin Ndoci and mentions a third name, Ilir, or as he is called by the nickname "Bubi". Then, in the fourth testimony, he removes "Iliri" and puts it in the "Toyota" car used in the murder of the brothers, Nuredin Duman.

Meanwhile, Henrik Hoxhaj is not mentioned at any point in Klevis Alla's 4 testimonies.

On the other hand, the penitent, Hoxhaj tells in detail that "Çapaçuli" was driving the car and Henriku committed the murder of the brothers together with Nuredin Duman, categorically excluding Altin Ndoci and Talo Çela.

Henri Hoxhaj also excludes these two people in the murder of Dorian Shkoza and Anxhelo Avdisa in Durrës, showing in detail and the financial amount that Nuredin Dumani carried out the order. While the murder was committed by Henrik with Eljo Bitri from Elbasan.

On the other hand, Nuredin Dumani supports Hoxha in his statement, simultaneously rejecting Klevis Alla's statements about the events of the two murders.

Dumani admits that he participated directly in the murder of the Haxhiaj brothers and closed the 70,000 euro deal in the murder of Dorjan Shkoza and Angjelo Avdija.

According to Duman, in the murder of Dorian Shkoza and Anxhelo Avdia committed on March 2, 2020, Arjan Spahija (murdered in Belgium), Erjon Alibej, Eljo Bitri, Henrik Hoxhaj, Nuredin Dumani, Klevis Alla and Asllan Plaku are involved.

Dumani himself never implicates in this case his rival, Talo Çela and Altin Ndoci, whom he wanted to kill in that period.

Question : From the results of the first statements before the police officers in Durrës, you said that a person from Fushë-Kruja named "Bubi" was involved in the incident, not declaring the citizen Nuredin Dumani from the beginning. Why did you hesitate and what were the reasons you did not tell the whole truth?

Answer: I clarify that in the first moments I was very scared and shocked. I was in a state of shock and I do not remember in detail all the actions I had performed. Regarding citizen Nuredin Dumani, I hesitated because I knew him very well and knew that he was very dangerous. I want to emphasize that I was threatened by Nuredin Dumani over the phone, telling me that I will kill my sister if I talk about her. Afterwards, I received signals from my relatives that if I opened my mouth and told about Nuredin Duman, I and my family would have a bad job. After this moment, I asked to change the first statement in order to make some clarifications, since in relation to the fourth person that I had stated that allegedly lived in Fushë-Kruja, it is Nuredin Dumani, who was with us at the scene and was the person sitting in the front seat of the "Toyota" vehicle. And it was Nuredin Dumani, who shot with an automatic firearm directly as soon as we reached Besmir and Viktor Haxhia.

Question : Regarding Altin Ndoci, why did you say in the second statement that he did not fire a weapon? What was the reason?

Answer: I want to emphasize that after I surrendered to the police, I said in the first statement that he was the executor, but after I entered the detention rooms, in Durrës, next to my room was Altin Ndoci, who took me news not to include it, otherwise it would have consequences for me and my family. Likewise, even after I was transferred to prison 313, I received signals from different people to retract the testimony regarding Altin Ndoc. To tell the truth during my testimony in Durrës, I was afraid, as I knew that Nuredin Dumani had many connections there and learned everything that happened there. But at the SPAK Special Prosecutor's Office, I had faith and told the whole truth without reservations.

Question : Do you know where Talo Çela lived in 2019-2020?

Answer: To my knowledge, Talo Çela stayed at Besmir Haxhi's house for about two months, after the theft of money was committed in Rinas. Then later, Nuredini told me that Talo is staying in Tirana hiding among his social connections, but I don't know where exactly. To my knowledge, he did not stay at Besmir Haxhi's house, as long as Talo Çela says, in the media interview.
