The Special Court has ordered compulsory escort for Luftar Reçi. It is learned that the SPAK requested that the testimony of the convict Reçi be given via "Skype", as well as the same request was made from the latter.

Luftar Reçi, known as the 'horrible of Dibra', is the person who, with his testimony, has led to the re-opening of the sensational files of the two murders that took place in 2005, that of Klodian Saliu and the businessman Vajdin Lamaj.
