New details from the serious crime that happened this afternoon in the village of Gjashte in Saranda are coming to light.

From the investigations so far and the taking of testimonies from relatives and residents, it has been previously learned that the victim had invited Admir Ferik Beqiri, his friend who took his life today, to live together a year ago.

But recently, it is suspected that the victim, Gëzim Bizioni, had asked the 42-year-old Beqiri to leave the apartment. The reason was the pronounced problem that the suspected author had with alcohol. In the photo is the suspected perpetrator of the crime, Admir Beqiri, who has already been arrested and will be questioned by the police.

And it is suspected that after the next debate this afternoon, Beqiri hit the victim and his 65-year-old host on the head with a bottle, seriously injuring him. Bizion could not survive his wounds and died a few minutes from the attack.

According to the police, Bizioni died at the scene, while the perpetrator of the crime, who is in custody, acted under the influence of alcohol.
