Investigative journalist, Artan Hoxha has released the names of 4 wanted persons from Albania but also from other EU countries for criminal events, whom Dubai has refused to extradite. Albania does not have an extradition agreement with Dubai, nor does any other country have an extradition agreement for people accused of committing crimes in their countries.

Hoxha emphasized in the ' ABC ' studio that one of the people who has been asked to be extradited is Eldi Dizdari, who is also known as the head of the Albanian drug cartel. According to Hoxha, Dizdari tried to be extradited from Italy as well, but he did not achieve this goal.

The second person who has been tried to be extradited is Plarent Dervishaj. The latter is related to some criminal events in our country. He was caught by the Dubai police as he was getting ready to leave for Turkey, but he was stopped at the airport and after the procedures, he moves freely in Dubai.

The third person who has been tried to be extradited is Florenc Capja, who is accused of criminal events in the city of Elbasan. He was detained and held for several days by the Dubai Police, but was later released on bail.

The fourth case where the extradition was refused is that of Keli of Kombinati, who, according to Hoxha, was detained twice in Dubai on behalf of Albania and Belgium. They also released him and did not accept extradition.
