The first session in charge of officer Ludjan Zaimi, accused of killing his colleague Caush Saliasi, in the premises of police station No. 3 has not been held. The 25-year-old, after some arguments with his colleague Çaush Saliasi, shot the latter with at least seven bullets. The prosecution body submitted the file on November 2, while the investigations by the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana ended a few weeks ago.
The defense has also presented arguments regarding the treatment of their client with medication as he suffered from mental health disorders, which has been partially proven by the expertise that was done to Zaim.
