Monika Kryemadhi, through her legal counsel, filed an appeal in the Special Appeal for the security measure "obligation to appear", which was imposed on her by the Court of First Instance.

The mayor must appear this Monday to implement the measure at 12.00.

Meanwhile, former president Ilir Meta, Piro Xixho and Ema Çoku are also expected to file a complaint.

Meta is the only one who is under the security measure of "arrest in prison", while the others have a lighter measure of having to appear before the BKH officer.

Meta will present the appeal at 13.00, through lawyer Genci Gjokutaj.
