Corruption in ELECTIONS/ GJKKO provides security measures for arrested Cadastre

Four security measures were granted by the Special Anticorruption Court this Friday after the investigations in the Cadastre.

GJKKO imposed prison terms for 46-year-old Dritan Stoka and 62-year-old Agim Osma .

As for Alqi Hajdini, 47 years old, he ordered house arrest, while for Ylli Baruti, 67 years old, he imposed mandatory appearance.

It is learned that Dritan Stoka and Agim Osma were arrested today during a police action following the arrest warrant issued by the Special Anticorruption Court.

Police notification:

The coded operation "Influence", developed by the Sector for Investigation of Corruption in the Directorate for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes, in cooperation with the Special Operational Force, in the Department of Criminal Police, under the direction of SPAK, is finalized.

The orders dated 26.04.2024, of the prosecutor of the Special Prosecution Against Corruption and Organized Crime in Tirana, for the execution of the decision of the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime, for the appointment of the security measure against the following citizens are implemented:

DS, 46 years old, resident in Tirana, under security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Intimidation due to duty";

 

AO, 62 years old, resident in Tirana, with security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Threat due to duty";

AH, 47 years old, resident in Tirana, under "House Arrest" security measure, for the criminal offense "Assaults due to duty";

YB, 47 years old, resident in Tirana, with security measure "Compulsion to appear", for the criminal offense "Manufacture of combat weapons".

The above-mentioned citizens are suspected of having jointly committed the criminal offenses of "Exercising illegal influence on persons exercising public functions" and "Active corruption in elections".
