Lawyer Arben Llangozi, invited to "Breaking" with Dafina Hysa on Top News, has revealed that today four lecturers were arrested at the University of Shkodra.

According to the lawyer, these arrests were made because it is suspected that lecturers have misused their duties through corruption, taking bribes from students.

"Four lecturers were arrested at the University of Shkodra for corruption not far from today, no media is talking. Why? Because the police together with the prosecutor's office covered up the incident. They were arrested in the morning, they were caught red-handed and their names have not been published. They took bribes from students for exams. I have inside information, they changed the prosecutor and keep it a secret", said the lawyer.
