The testimony of the perpetrator of the murder of the Italian businessman in Salari, Tepelena, is revealed.

48-year-old Kamber Sulçe stated that he was driving alone and had a conflict over the car's high beams with Gazment Braçi and the other people who were with him.

Sulçe claims that they raped her and shot her first, then drove away in a car, took the gun, and started shooting them.

Sulçe stated that he was drunk when the incident occurred. A witness even gave testimony to the police, who had consumed alcohol with Sulçe that night and that the latter lost control when he was drunk.

According to the police, he is known as a problematic person in the area when consuming alcohol. The police have taken his testimony with reservations as it has not been proven that the other party raped him and shot him with a gun.
