The hearing in the Appeal of the Criminal Court of Kosovo (GJKKO) regarding the request of the President of the PL Ilir Meta regarding the replacement of the security measure is postponed.

Lawyer Kujtim Cakrani announced that the hearing was postponed because the procedures were not followed and the judge's name was not announced.

Cakrani: We did not know who the judge of the session was, I requested that the session be postponed so that I could communicate the name of Judge Saida Dollani to PL President Ilir Meta, as they have a conflict of interest.

The next session is scheduled for October 23, a date that coincides with the previous session on the 23rd at 12:00.
