GJKKO has rejected the request of Ramazan Rraja for the change of the measure 'arrest in prison'.

"The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime, with a monocratic panel composed of judge Saida Dollani, today 04.05.2024, at 09:00, announced the decision on criminal case no. 68 act, date 27.03.2024 registration, registered on the appeal of the person under investigation/complainant R.Rr., to the decision no. 57, dated 07.02.2024 of the Special Court of the First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, with object: "Revocation of the personal security measure "Arrest in prison", assigned to the person under investigation Ramazan Rraja by decision no. Act 308, date 21.07.2022 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime or alternatively the replacement of the security measure "Arrest in prison" and the assignment of the security measure "Compulsion to appear before the judicial police" ” or “House Arrest”, and decided:

The rejection of the appeal presented by the investigator R.Rr. through his patron av. Elton Hyseni, according to disposition no. Act 57, dated 07.02.2024 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime", the official announcement states.
