The Special Court rejected the request of the former Minister of the Environment, Lefter Koka, who requested the joining of the two files of the incinerators of Fier and Elbasan to be investigated as a single one.

The request was made to the court in today's preliminary hearing by Lefter Koka's lawyer and it was rejected by GJKKO.

According to the lawyer, it was requested to join the trial under the argument that the cases are at the same stage and the defendants are almost the same.

Meanwhile, the session for the Fier incinerator has been postponed to February 1.
