"I'm disappointed", Rovena Voda: Prosecutor Klodian Braho
Rovena Voda

The former deputy minister of the interior, Rovena Voda, has criticized the two SPAK prosecutors, Klodian Braho and Altin Dumani, for the way they acted with her process, where she was accused of corruption.

In a television interview, Voda says that he was most disappointed by the prosecutors, considering them unprofessional. She says that in her case she has seen the bad part of the prosecutors, implying that the prosecutor Klodian Braho is without integrity. According to her, new justice does not mean more punishments, but enforcement of the law.

Rovena Voda stated that based on the telephone expertise act, it has been proven that she did not talk about any job and that she did not exert illegal influence on public administration authorities.

"There were two prosecutors in my case. One of the prosecutors is Mr. Altin Dumani and the other prosecutor is Mr. Klodian Braho. Of all the judgment files, because the judgment files contain 5 files, that is, 5 large volumes, it has certainly turned out that I have met, as I have also met with other citizens. I have met them. The meeting, as it actually resulted from my conversations, the messages I exchanged with Mrs. Hasani, I had no contact with Mrs. Florida Bey, I did not even have her phone number, we met of course, not only social conversation, but also to get information.

So, they met with me to ask how it can be applied, or how to compete in the public administration, to get information. This has been confirmed by the statements given by the other two ladies themselves. However, this has not been the focus of my long conversations that I have had with Mrs. Hasani, these conversations that have started over the years, where it has never been discussed in these conversations, it has never been discussed, proven by the act of expertise by phone, for any job position, for any favoritism, for exercising illegal influence on public administration authorities, or for seeking, receiving, giving illegal benefits.

The first to disappoint me are the two SPAK prosecutors, who had my file. The disappointment has been very deep. I have always believed in the professionalism of new justice institutions.

I don't have it with all the prosecutors. There are very good prosecutors, there are prosecutors with integrity, but in my case I saw the bad part, that is, the part of unprofessionalism, in justice and that hurts me the most.

I don't need support, but I came out here to talk about the phenomenon. New justice does not mean more punishments. New justice means obeying the law. First, the domestic legislation and secondly, the European rights for human rights." - she said to EuroNews.
