Former prison director Agim Ismajli appears before SPAK!

Former Prison Director Agim Ismaili appeared before the Special Prosecution Office today. He is under investigation for a cyberattack against the justice institution.

The former prison director is under investigation by SPAK for three criminal offenses: illegal interception of computer data, committing acts within a criminal group, and criminal group.

The computer hacking was reported on March 12 of this year and within a short time, former prison official Zambak Gjoni and Arnold Rrokaj ended up in handcuffs .

SPAK stated in a statement that they received information on March 12, 2025 that they had been targeted by an illegal intrusion of the email addresses of special prosecutors.

The institution informs that thanks to security measures, it was not possible to interfere with the internal system of the Special Structure against Corruption and Organized Crime, which remains intact.
