Iran's attacks on Israel

Sirens have sounded in Jerusalem and several other cities in Israel this evening, as Iran is reported to have launched a retaliatory attack.

As foreign media reports, missiles from Iran have been launched towards Israel, while in at least one case, debris has been seen over Jerusalem, suspected to be the result of an aerial interception of one of the missiles.

Explosions were heard in Tel Aviv and a large plume of smoke was seen. However, it remains unclear whether these are remnants of Iron Dome missiles or successful missile strikes from Iran.
