The young Albanian is caught with 28 doses of cocaine in Italy

The Italian authorities have handcuffed a 21-year-old Albanian man in Terni. It is learned that his arrest took place during the night between Friday, August 22 and Saturday, August 23. According to the Italian media, the Albanian had a tourist visa and does not have a criminal record.

During a patrol, while traveling along Via G. Borsi, a carabinieri patrol car narrowly avoided a collision with a vehicle, which was later found to be a rental vehicle. The driver was driving in the wrong direction along the road. The police immediately stopped him and carried out checks.

Police officers discovered 28 doses of cocaine, with a total weight of approximately 18 grams, and a sum of money of almost 1,000 euros, believed to be the proceeds of drug trafficking. All the cocaine was seized. The 21-year-old was arrested and taken to the Voc. Sabbione prison. After the hearing, the judge, confirming the arrest and approving the prosecutor's request, ordered the young man to stay in the Umbria region.
