Klevis Alla, one of the 4 collaborators of the Special SPAK prosecution, in his confession, shows the conflict between the brothers Besmir Haxhia and Nuredin Duman, Talo Çela and Altin Ndoci. According to Alla, the quarrel between the friends came about because Besmir or "Miri i Kola" had gotten into a fun ride and was selling his friends, talking up and down.

Alla told prosecutors Altin Dumani and Doloreza Muasbelliu that while she was hanging out with Nuredin Dumani, whom everyone knew by the name "Luli", the latter told her that Besmir had also lost some lek, which he does not know. what is the amount and where did this money come from?

"... about the beginning of the conflict between Besmir Haxhi, Nuredin Duman, Talo Çela and Altin Ndoci, as far as I heard from Altini and Talo Çela, in their conversations they said that Besmir, started by making a fool of himself, entered herself in fun and selling her friends by talking..." Alla told the two prosecutors.

In his testimony, Alla says that the plan to kill Besmir and Viktor Haxhiaj was told by Nuredin Dumani, where the latter initially asked him to accompany two people from Fushë-Kruja by car.

"...in relation to the murder of the Haxhia brothers, I want to clarify that initially Nuredin Dumani reconciled two chunas from Fushë-Kruja, one named Besi "Besjan" and the other Enver. As far as I remember, it was around the months of March and April of 2020, when Nuredin Dumani called me on my phone number that I had in use, which is 0692880XXX, the phone number that I had in my name. This call was made by Nuredin on the phone and on "Whatsapp", which was carried out as a phone call around 9:30 a.m. I don't remember the date but I'm sure it was late March or early April 2020.

Nuredini or as we called him differently (Luli) told me on the phone call: "... nephew, come here from me...". When he called me, I was lying in bed, I got up, took my "Golf 5" car without license plates and ran away directly to Nuredini's house. When I went to Nuredini, I found two other people, around 35 years old, I greeted them saying "...good morning...", at this moment Nuredini took me out separately saying:

"...take these two because they are my friends, and take a walk around Lala's house, whose name was Besmir Haxhia, and don't talk to them at all. "...he told me that these people will do our work, that we will pay them let's not get confused...".

These two people had come to Nuredini's house with a "Golf 5" vehicle, blue in color, with black windows, I don't remember the license plate. I remember one of the people was blonde with short hair and I don't remember what he was wearing. While the other was brunette and was wearing a blue ADIDAS suit and had black hair.

I said "Ok" and started my car "Golf 5", without license plates and I got into the car, I was the driver, one of them was blonde, who sat in the first seat, while the other person, who was wearing a dark blue "Adidas" suit.

I remember that we followed the road from Nuredini's house, to Nishtulla, Shkozet, the former swamp. Without going to the Durres Police station, I stopped at the gas station K..., at the intersection and put 30,000 lek of diesel in my car, from the gas station we took the road to the Durres hospital and went to Spitalle.

We entered Spitalle, we went to the neighborhood of the Haxhia brothers, I remember that we passed by their house. I told the two Chunas that this is their house, we took a ride on the street of their neighborhood, near the house by car, but without stopping, looking carefully at the place, how it was, how many cameras it had and how it could be moved after to carry out the murder of Besmir Haxhi.

After we finished the tour at the Haxhia brothers' apartment, we returned to Nuredin Duman's house, we went down and in my presence they talked to Nuredin and told him that the murder is done and the place was good and you only missed the driver, who would be in the car with the authors.

These two boys told Nuredin Duman that we want this nephew of my father (referring to me) as a driver, because you liked my driving in that area.

After these two chicks left, I learned that the blonde's name was Besi or Besjan Xhixha, because Nuredini addressed you by this name when she spoke to them. These two chunas ran away and I stayed with Nuredin Duman, we sat and smoked a cigarette with each other. In the above conversation, Nuredini told me that these two chunas would be paid for the murder of Besmir.

I want to clarify about the two people I accompanied to Spitalle, that Nuredini told me they are from Fushë-Kruja and that one of them had opposed the RENEA forces with weapons, and that he had been injured in the clash with RENEA.

After two or three days of the meeting with the two boys from Fushë-Kruja, Nuredini said to me: "...go and do the "Covid-19" test, that boy has been taken by "Covid" and is sick, so don't you too ...".

I asked Nuredini who "Covid-19" had taken, Nuredini told me that it had taken Besi's friend whose name I didn't know, I emphasize that the other one was of average build, about 35 years old with black hair, while the other person who was blonde, I learned that her name was Besi (Besjan) and that she was from Fushë-Kruja.

We met with Besi one more time when he came alone to Nuredini's house, I remember that he was alone when he came, he slept one night at Nuredini's house and left the next day.

After a few days, Nuredini and I fled to Fushë-Kruje, with my car type: "Benz-S" with license plate AA030YG and we stopped in front of "Nord Park", where there is a gas station.

I remember that Nuredini and I parked our car with the "Mercedes-S 030", I sat in the car while Nuredini went out and met Besjani, the person who was blonde.

Nuredini and Besjani stood for about 10 minutes, while I was waiting in the car, Nuredini came and said: "...turn off the car and let's go to drink a coffee in Besjani's car...". We left our car "Mercedes-S" and we left with the blue "Golfin 5" to have lunch at another restaurant, which Besjani took us to.

The restaurant was, just after the Fushë-Kruja overpass, about 500-700 meters in the direction of Laçi, on the left side. This bar was one story in a green field, it was built with red bricks and had a water channel in the yard. During this lunch, which was me, Besjani and Nuredini, the name of Enver was also mentioned, to whom Besjani said, the island will go away (Covid-19) quickly to the North.

During the lunch, Nuredini said that we will finish this work as soon as possible because they are no longer waiting for the bags, but without mentioning the names of which bags.

I learned from Nuredini that these two chunas, Besi and Veri, had given you the sum of 5 thousand euros in advance, for the murder of the brothers Besmir and Viktor Haxhiaj.

But since Veri was sick with "Covid-19", these two youths could not kill Besmir and it was decided that our group would do the killing. Our group was, I was at the wheel, Nuredini was in the first place, Altin Ndoci was sitting behind my seat and Talo Cela, who is known by the nickname "Moma", was sitting on the other side after Nuredini.

I don't regret that I went to the Haxhia brothers' apartment in Spitalle several times with Nuredin, we went with my vehicle "MERCEDES" with license plate AA030YG, and we carefully looked at their house.

After the plan to kill Besmir through the boys from Fushë-Kruja "Besjani and Verit" failed, the second plan was put into action that the murder would be carried out by the group that was me, Talo, Nuredini and Altini.

I do not regret a detail that we have not clarified above, Nuredin Dumani from our social group and from the majority of people is called by the name "Luli" and few people knew his real name, Nuredin.

I constantly went to Nuredin's house, because he didn't leave the house much. About two weeks before Besmir's murder, it was decided by Nuredini and Talo that ultimately the murder of Besmir would be carried out by me, Talo, Nuredini and Altini Ndoci as a group. I clarify that the objective was to kill Besmiri and not the other brother Viktori.
