New details have been revealed from the investigation on the "BMW X6" found near Erjon Alibej's house in Elbasan, along with 3 Kalashnikovs inside and two gasoline canisters. For this event, Arben Spahiu, the brother-in-law of Erjon Alibej and the latter's cousin Arsen Preçi, who were suspected of carrying out the assassination of Elton Kila, otherwise known as Oti, were arrested.

Sources inform that the Prosecution of Elbasan has taken three fingerprint profiles and one DNA profile found in the "BMW X6" vehicle to the scientific police laboratory for examination.

Through the fingerprints and the DNA profile, it is hoped to reveal the identity of the other people who used the BMW type car, which was robbed two weeks ago in Shkodër.

Investigators are sifting through the data they obtained from a Nokia brand cell phone seized from Spahiut and Arsen Preçi's Samsung phone. On the latter's phone were found his conversations about the car, as well as photos of a building in Elbasan that he was allegedly observing.

Even the investigation group itself has not yet clarified whether the event reported in Elbasan is a prevented assassination attempt or a staged one, however in both cases the suspicions are that there are more than two people involved.
