The victim is citizen Florian Muçka, 48 years old from Mirasi, who was found hanging in the apartment by his family members.

According to preliminary data, it is suspected that Florian Muchka was drunk when he undertook the extreme act. It is known that he had been drinking alcohol for a long time.

His family members have notified the police, who are conducting investigative actions regarding the incident.
