An Albanian masseur, 53 years old, was arrested on the afternoon of November 27, after the denunciation of a 23-year-old Greek woman, who accused him of sexually harassing her, and he is accused of attempted rape.

At noon on November 26, the Greek woman had gone to get a massage in Nea Smyrni, but encountered the strange actions of the Albanian. 

In her testimony, the 23-year-old said that as he began to massage her thighs, he tried to remove her underwear, even though she objected. The Albanian even told her "not to worry, as others were being massaged naked. He then told her to lie on her back and started massaging her stomach. And there, he lowered his hands and at one point put his hand inside the girl's underwear, touching her genitals.

Now, the 53-year-old is free and the testimony he gave to the authorities, where he tried to justify himself, has been revealed. Starting from his testimony, he talked about his life, his family and his activity as a camera operator in a popular TV show. After denying the girl's denunciation, calling it false, untrue and contradictory.

He said that maybe his hand slipped from the oil and he didn't realize it, as he said that he is the father of 3 children and is waiting for another heart operation.

“Unë jam një profesionist i ndershëm dhe modest, një asistent fizioterapist me njohje dhe vlerësim nga kolegët dhe klientët, pasi nuk ka pasur asnjëherë një ankesë ndaj meje. Dua t'i kërkoj falje vajzës dhe të gjithëve. Ajo la një takim në dyqanin tim, një biznes familjar për të masazhuar këmbët dhe të pasmet e saj për celulitin. Kishte lënë një takim tjetër por nuk kishte ardhur. Hera e parë ishte ajo ditë që erdhi. E thirra dhe e pyeta nëse donte të vinte pasi nuk kishte ardhur në takimin e mëparshëm. Më parë kam punuar si kameraman në kanale televizive. Katër vitet e fundit punova për z. (s.s.: përmend emrin e gazetarit të njohur). Ndryshova profesionin sepse më pëlqente dhe doja të ndihmoja njerëzit. Nuk e kuptova se si u keqkuptua, dhe nëse u keqkuptua, i kërkoj shumë falje. Si mund ta bëja një gjë të tillë, ne bëjmë punën për të rritur fëmijët tanë. Dora mund të ketë rrëshqitur, përgjithësisht kjo ndodh me vajra dhe lëvizje masazhi, të cilat duhet të jenë të fuqishme. Ndoshta e kam tepruar pak por nuk e kam kuptuar. Të brendshmet e disponueshme kanë dy shirita, një në secilën anë shumë të hollë, ndaj masazhin e filloj nga barku, i kalova duart poshtë shiritit për të vazhduar deri te kofshët.

I wouldn't do that in my business, I'm not in that position with the heart problem I have and I never would, I'm a father of three. I can have heart surgery again."

The girl's lawyer, Mr. Evangelos Trumpetaris, speaking for  protothema.gr , emphasized that the incident of sexual harassment really happened and that the victim found the mental strength to report it to the authorities.
