A 19-year-old boy from Kamza has lost his life in Santorini after the sudden collapse of the roof he was repairing.

The young man's name was Aurel Elezi , he grew up in an orphanage.

After being abandoned by his mother at a very young age and lacking care from his father, Aureli lived a life of sacrifice that ended tragically in the prime of his youth.

Aurel had traveled to Greece to work. Yesterday, he was carrying out work on a property in Imerovigli, where the construction had the structure of a cave.

While he was repairing the roof of this building, the tragic event occurred, as he was suddenly pulled down by the damaged structure.

Greek authorities have arrested the owner of the facility and the person responsible for the previously carried out construction.

Greek media reported that this case is not related to the recent seismic developments that have occurred in the area and the causes of this fatal event have not yet been fully clarified.
