According to documents available to VoxNews, the mayor of Lushnja, Eriselda Sefa, opened the auction with the object of "auction sale of shares of the Lushnja 1930 Football Club sh.a, in the amount of 100%. " This decision comes several months after the decision of the Lushnja Municipal Council, taken in the fall of last year, where it was decided that the club would be privatized, paving the way for investments.

According to the auction documents, opened by the Municipality of Lushnja at the Public Procurement Agency, FOOTBALL CLUB LUSHNJA 1930 sh.a was established on September 6, 2013 by decision no. 60 of the Lushnja Municipality Council, as a joint stock company with a private offer. FOOTBALL CLUB.

"LUSHNJA 1930 sh.a is headquartered in the 'Xh.Neprravishta' neighborhood at the Roza Haxhiu Stadium, Lushnje. Football has a 94-year history of success for the City of Lushnje. Lushnja Football Club (KF Lushnja) was founded on July 27, 1930 in Lushnje. The shares are 100% owned by the Lushnje Municipality," these documents state.

According to her, the object of the activity is the organization of football sports activities; the creation of chain teams and participation in sports competitions organized by the Albanian Football Federation; accession and registration as a club in the Albanian Football Federation and in all types of national and international football activities. Moreover, the object is also the player market to buy players according to the needs of the team; other activities in the field of football for the interests of society.

The documents state that the initial auction value is 14,077,066 lekë, or about 140 thousand euros. It is learned that the auction will take place on February 13th in the second floor, meeting room of the Lushnja Municipality.
