Today, the next hearing was held at the GJKKO for the former Minister of Defense, Fatmir Mediu, on the 'Gërdeci' case.

In the premises of GJKKO, in the session that lasted about three hours, the former Minister of Defense Fatmir Mediu, who is under trial for abuse of office, was present. He was accompanied by one of the lawyers, Henrik Ligori.

Today, 7 witnesses for Gërdec have been called to testify. Former Minister of Defense Aldo Bumçi testified today, who denied the note "For Shkëlzen". Even in relation to the report of forgery and false testimony by his secretary, he stated that he does not know what was done.

In addition to the former minister Bumçi, his secretary at the time Alma Zili and Plarent Rruka, the former legal advisor of Fatmir Mediu, also testified.

Shkëlzen Berisha, who was called to testify, did not appear and was not found in the apartment by the judicial police. According to the prosecutor, in the first testimony, Shkelzen Berisha gave another residential address, while he has already changed his location.

In the meantime, the request will be sent to the address of the apartment, to be questioned in the next session.

The session was adjourned for December 27, at 09.00.
