Journalist Eljan Tanini has been appointed Director of the Central State Film Archive.

The news was announced by the Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation, Blendi Gonxhja.

Visual artist, journalist and author of projects that combine art with collective memory, Eljan Tanini comes to the helm of AQSHF with a unique profile and an early commitment to telling the story of Albania through history, nostalgia and the visual archive. From mural creations and public installations, to contributions to the media and exhibitions at home and abroad, Tanini brings an artistic and narrative vision that further enriches the role of this important cultural institution.
