A tragic event was recorded on Wednesday evening in the "Skenderbeg" neighborhood of Shkodra.

15-year-old Melita Shkalla undertook the extreme act of self-sacrifice.

The minor, in a serious psychological condition, decided to end her life by hanging herself in her apartment.

It was the family members of the teenager who found their daughter and immediately sent her to the Shkodra hospital, but unfortunately she did not survive.

According to the information so far, there are doubts that the minor was blackmailed and threatened by someone, which pushed her towards this tragic act.

Friends of Melita have reacted on social networks.

"Heartbroken" for the loss of their friend, they have posted photos of the 15-year-old and the moments spent with her.
