After his arrest on October 21, former socialist MP Jurgis Çyrbja was summoned this Friday to be questioned by prosecutor Adnan Xholi.

The prosecution body has brought three charges against Çyrbja, specifically for "Telling state secrets by citizens", committed more than once, "Supporting the author of the crime", committed more than once, as well as for active corruption in elections.

Çyrbja is accused of informing Altin Hajri and other persons who are wanted by the Albanian authorities, in case there would be police operations for their capture in the city of Durrës.

In compensation for this favor, Çybrja sought votes for his candidacy in the Durrës district in the parliamentary elections of 2021.

For the same issue, by order of SPAK, Ahmet Masha was also arrested, while Altin Hajri, who is being tried at GJKKO for the kidnapping and disappearance of Jan Prenga, is wanted.

In the session held at the first instance, Jurgis Çybja took a negative stance as a user of the SKY ECC application.
