Journalist Klodiana Lala in an interview for journalist Sidorela Gjoni revealed more information on the reasons for the defense of SPAK prosecutor Doloreza Musabelli.

Lala said that the reason why the state "stood up" were the statements of Laert Haxhiu's soldier, Marjus Tafani, that someone close to the prosecutor was giving information about her life to the criminal group.

The journalist declares that Haxhiu's gang had received information about the prosecutor's place of residence, and she was even followed and photographed in the markets where she was shopping, or where she took her children out for fun.

"What did the repentant Marjus Tafani say that made the Albanian institutions stand up so much? He said that someone close to prosecutor Doloreza Musabelliu was giving information. The data were of the nature of what school she sent her children to, where she lived, where her husband, a lawyer, lived, which places she frequented, where she took her children to rest or cycle, which markets she frequented.

There were even photos where prosecutor Musabelliu was photographed shopping in the market.

The KLP set a protection order yesterday for the prosecutor Doloreza Musabelli and the ex-prosecutor of Lushnja Merita Selimi, the two targets of Laert Haxhiu's group.

It was the repentant justice, Artan Tafani, part of Laert Haxhiu's gang of hired killers, who confessed the group's plans to eliminate 2 prosecutors and a lawyer.

Selimi is the prosecutor who investigated Laert Haxhiu, Orgest Bilbili and Anterio Kaloshi for their involvement in the 2017 massacre in Lushnja, where Zamir Latifi and Jurgen Hoxha were killed, and Bujar Turku and Marjus Xhepexhiu were injured.

After two years of investigation, Selimi declared incompetence by taking the file to SPAK, where two of Haxhi's close friends, Anterio Kaloshi and Orges Bilbili, were sentenced to life imprisonment.

The prosecutor of Lushnja was dismissed by the Independent Qualification Commission in July 2023.

Then the file was passed to the prosecutor Doloreza Musabelli, which made her the target of Haxhiu.
